6. Virtual Currency & Cosmetics
Any virtual currency, cosmetics, or digital items purchased:
Have no real-world cash value
Cannot be exchanged for real money
Are licensed, not owned
May be modified, removed, or rebalanced at any time

Modify rewards
Rebalance progression systems
Retire content or features

Lucid Gaming is not liable for:
Downtime
Data loss
Plugin failures
Server resets
Technical issues
Forced wipes
Third-party service outages

8. Payments & Fraud Prevention
